Some Android based phones and tablets already have a built in screenshot app, while others require special privileges (rooting the phone) to install such an app.  Also, some browsers (such as Dolphin or Chrome) may offer additional add-ons for screenshot capabilities.  Should you be unable to take a screenshot of the website or app on your device, it is recommended that you demonstrate first-hand to your project manager/developer the issues you are encountering.
